How to Use


Burro Pork

  • 2-3 Lbs Pork Butt

  • 1/4 Cup Campfire Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Kick Ass BBQ Rub

  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth (Or Water)

  • Coat the pork with the Campfire Sauce until well coated. Follow with coating it with the Kick Ass BBQ Rub. Place in a heavy pan and roast at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Add a 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth or Water and Cover. Turn to 250 degrees and cook for an additional 4-5 hours. 

Fire Fries

  • 1 Lb Fried/Baked Fries or Tots

  • 1 Tbsp Kick Ass BBQ Rub

  • Toss together in a mixing bowl and enjoy! 


Smoked Cauliflower

  • 1 Cauliflower Head

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2 Tbsp Kick Ass Agave

  • 2 Tbsp Kick Ass BBQ Rub

  • Mix the Olive Oil and Kick Ass Agave together. Coat the Cauliflower Head with all of the mixture and then coat with Kick Ass BBQ Rub. Smoke for 1 hour and finish in the oven set to 350 degrees for 1 hour.
